Did you pay your electricity bill but want to be 100% sure MEPCO received it? Here are the simplest ways to confirm your payment status instantly.
After paying your Mepco electricity bill online or at a bank, it is common to wonder: "Has my payment been successfully updated in the MEPCO system?" Knowing your Mepco bill paid or not status gives you peace of mind and prevents the hassle of late payment surcharges or disconnection.
Unfortunately, the official MEPCO website does not provide a live "Payment History" or "Status" dashboard for residential users. However, there are three proven, indirect methods you can use to check if your bill is officially marked as paid.
This is the fastest and most reliable method to check your payment status instantly, right from your smartphone. If you use a banking app like HBL, Meezan, UBL, or mobile wallets like Easypaisa or JazzCash, follow these steps:

If this section shows zero, your previous bill was successfully PAID.Look at the Arrears or Previous Balance section on your new bill. If it shows "0", your payment was successful. If the amount you paid last month is added to the current bill as arrears, the payment did not go through (or you paid after the due date, and it will be adjusted next month).
If you are facing a disconnection threat or have a large dispute regarding a paid bill that is showing as unpaid, the best course of action is to directly contact MEPCO customer support.
